Inspired by the award-winning documentary SOUL PATROL, this exhibit is a living archive of one hundred veterans and their stories on service, brotherhood, discrimination, sacrifice, and survival during one of the most turbulent periods in American history.

Through firsthand accounts from Black veterans and those who served alongside them. the project explores a war fought on two fronts: the battle overseas and and the struggle for equality at home.

BEYOND SOUL PATROL is an effort to preserve history through the voices of those who lived it — ensuring their memories, perspectives, and contributions are not forgotten.
